Plans and seats
Your plan decides who gets Harmony Agent and how much each person can use. Free is a messaging app and a home for your own AI. Pro gives everyone Harmony Agent. Scale is for the people who use agents most, alongside Pro. Enterprise is an organization-wide contract.

Paying yearly costs ten months' price, so two months are free: £150 / $200 a year for Pro and £900 / $990 for Scale. Harmony bills in pounds or dollars. Your currency is set when you first subscribe.

What is a seat?
On Pro, every person who was active in the last 30 days holds a Pro seat. People who haven't been active aren't billed, and guests never use a seat. On Free there are no seats.
A Scale seat replaces a Pro seat for one person. It gives that person ten times Pro's Harmony Agent usage. Admins choose who gets one, so you pay Scale only for your heaviest agent users. When anyone in your organization holds a Scale seat, admins can also set budgets in money for teams and people. See Budgets and spend.
Step-by-step: change a seat or plan
- In the organization sidebar, under Admin, choose Billing. Only Global Admins can open it.
- On the Overview tab, find Seats. It lists each person with their status and seat.
- To give someone more usage, change their seat from Pro to Scale in the Seat column.
- To change plan, choose Change plan (or Upgrade on Free) at the top of the page. On Enterprise, choose Contact sales.
- Check the total at the top of Seats. It shows the monthly cost, for example "3 Pro × $20 + 2 Scale × $99 a month".

Free plan allowances
Free is for teams that use Harmony to talk and to run their own AI. It includes one workspace with up to five live workstreams, a 1 GB wiki with up to 100 files, a one-off import from each connector, the last 90 days of history, one Harmony App, and 500 API or MCP calls per person a month. Harmony Agent isn't included; you can still run chat, tools and Loops on your own model keys. When you reach a Free allowance, Harmony says so and admins see how to upgrade.
Example scenario
A 12-person agency moves from Free to Pro so everyone gets Harmony Agent. Ten people are active, so the bill is ten Pro seats; two contractors who rarely sign in cost nothing. After a month, two analysts often reach their limits, so the Global Admin moves them to Scale. Now the agency can also set a budget for each team on the Spend page.
FAQs
Do we pay for people who never sign in? No. On Pro and Scale you pay for people active in the last 30 days. Guests never use a seat.
Can one person be on Scale while everyone else is on Pro? Yes. Scale is a seat, not a separate organization plan. Admins choose who gets it.
Does Free include Harmony Agent? No. On Free you can use chat, tools and Loops with your own model keys. Upgrade to Pro to give everyone Harmony Agent.
Who can change our plan? Global Admins, from the Billing page. Other people see "Billing is managed by Global Admins".
Can we pay in euros? Not yet. Harmony bills in pounds or dollars.
What happened to included credits and pools? They are gone. Each person now has a five-hour and a weekly limit, shown as a percentage. See Usage limits.
