Settings and billing
Your own settings live in Profile, which everyone has: your name and photo, how the app behaves for you, your usage and your security. Billing belongs to the organization and is managed by Global Admins on the Usage & billing page.
Harmony keeps billing in terms people already understand. Seats are per person. Usage is a percentage of a limit, with the time it resets. Spend, budgets and extra usage are in pounds or dollars.

Only people active in the last 30 days are billed, and guests are free. See Plans and seats.

FAQs
Who manages billing? Global Admins, on the Usage & billing page. Admins can see AI spend and set budgets on the Spend page.
Does work on our own keys count against limits? No. The provider bills you, Harmony adds a 10% fee, and limits aren't touched. See Bring your own model.
Do failed runs cost anything? No. Failed or cancelled work doesn't count against limits and carries no Harmony fee.
Which currencies can we pay in? Pounds or dollars, chosen when you first subscribe.
