Finding settings

Finding settings

There is no single Settings page any more. What you change depends on whose setting it is: yours, your workspace's, or your whole organization's. Old links to the former Settings page still work and open the right new place.

The menu under your avatar, with Profile, Workspace settings and the other account items

Entry points

Your profile

Open the menu under your avatar at the bottom of the left rail and choose Profile. The Profile page has five tabs:

Tab What it covers
Profile Your name, photo and sign-in email
App settings How the app looks and behaves for you, including notifications
External agents Your computers, your coding agents, your own model provider keys and models on your computer
Usage Your share of the five-hour and weekly usage limits, your AI spend, and what your AI spend bought
Security Your sign-in sessions and other account security

Workspace settings

Open the menu on the workspace name at the top of the sidebar and choose Workspace settings. The same item is in your avatar menu. Admins also see Workspace settings in the sidebar. Workspace settings have two tabs: Workspace (name, logo, language, currency, time zone and date format) and Members & Directory.

The header usage chip

Once you have used Harmony Agent in the current limit window, a small ring appears in the header. It shows how much of your five-hour or weekly limit you have used, with the percentage from 80%. Click it to open Profile → Usage. See Usage limits.

The organization area

Global Admins can open the organization area: choose the organization in the switcher at the top of the left rail (its hint reads Go to organization). The sidebar then shows Overview, Outcomes and Spend, then Teams, Knowledge (Company Wiki, Lifecycle Graph), AI (Models, Developers) and Admin (Organization settings, Billing). Back to workspace at the top returns you.

Admins who aren't Global Admins reach Outcomes, Spend, Models and Developers from their workspace sidebar.

What is not in settings

Connectors, workstreams, Loops, the Company Wiki and the Marketplace have their own places in the sidebar and left rail. Approvals and checkpoints are part of each workstream.

Mobile and narrow layouts

When the sidebar is collapsed, open your avatar menu for Profile and Workspace settings. The header usage chip stays visible while you have usage in the current window.

Example scenario

Finance asks how close the team is to its AI budget. You are an admin, so you open Spend from your workspace sidebar and choose the Budgets tab. Later you notice the ring in the header at 84%, click it, and see on Profile → Usage that your five-hour limit resets at 15:00.

What you'll see

What you'll see: The Profile page titled Profile, with the line "Your account, how the app behaves for you, the agents you run yourself, your spend, and security." and the tabs Profile, App settings, External agents, Usage and Security.

FAQs

Where did the Settings page go? It was split by whose setting it is. Your own settings are in Profile, workspace settings in Workspace settings, and billing in Billing. Old links redirect.

Why can't I see Billing? Billing is for Global Admins. Others who open it see a note that billing is managed by Global Admins.

Where do I see my own usage? Profile → Usage, or click the usage chip in the header.

Why is there no usage chip in my header? It appears only once you have used Harmony Agent on Harmony's models in the current limit window. Work on your own keys doesn't count.

Can I open settings from inside a workstream? Yes. Your avatar menu and the workspace name menu stay available while you work in a workstream.

What happened to the Organization item in the sidebar? It is now called Overview, at the top of the organization area.
