Harmony Agent in rooms

Harmony Agent in rooms

Harmony Agent works in every room and conversation. You can ask it something just for you, or bring it into the room so everyone works with it.

Ask privately with @Agent

  1. In the composer, type @Agent (or type @ and choose Agent, Ask in a private side panel).
  2. Write your question and send it.

The question and the answer stay private to you, in the Agents panel on the right of the room, until you choose to share the answer with the room.

Attach the agent to a room

Choose Attach an agent in the room's header to bring Harmony Agent into the room. While it's attached, it takes part in the conversation and everyone sees its answers. Answers shared with the room are marked Collaborative.

The same control in the header lets you dismiss it.

Ask across your whole workspace

Type /perception to open your Personal Agent, which can answer from everything you can see in the workspace, not just this room.

Choose the model

Auto in the composer lets Harmony pick a model for each answer. Choose it to pick a specific model your team is allowed to use for the agent's next answers. What each answer costs comes out of your usage limits. See Spend and models.

What Harmony Agent can do

  • Answer from the room's history, your Company Wiki, Sync transcripts and the systems your team has connected.
  • Create tasks, workstreams and wiki notes when you ask.
  • Draft changes in connected systems, such as an email or a CRM update. Nothing it writes outside Harmony goes out without your yes. See Agents.
