Rooms and messages
Conversations in Harmony happen in three places:

| Commons | The room everyone in a workspace shares: announcements, catch-ups, questions for everyone |
| Rooms | A public or private room for a topic or a team, such as design or hiring-design |
| Direct messages | Private conversations with one or more people, with Harmony Agent, or with yourself in Notes |
Harmony Agent is in all of them: mention @Agent to ask it something.

| Creating and managing rooms | Make a room, choose who can find it, manage members |
| Sending messages | Write, attach, mention, react, edit, pin and delete |
| Threads | Reply to one message without crowding the room |
| Direct messages and Notes | Talk one-to-one or in a small group, and keep notes for yourself |
| Harmony Agent in rooms | Ask the agent privately or bring it into the room |
| Inviting people from outside | Work with people outside your organization in one room |
