Managing installed listings
Marketplace → Installed lists everything approved here from the Marketplace, and your own copies. Each listing is approved once for the organization; people install their own copies of a Loop, running on their own connections.
What you see
Each installed listing shows who approved it and when, then a row per copy (for a Loop) or per install (for a tool):
| Column | What it means |
|---|---|
| Copy / Installed by | Whose copy it is, and since when. |
| Version | The version that copy runs. |
| Runs | How many times it ran in the last 30 days. |
| Completed | The share of finished runs that completed. |
| Actions | Open Loop, Uninstall. |
If a listing is approved but you don't have your own copy yet, choose Install your copy.
Updates
When the publisher releases a new version, the listing shows Update waiting. If the new version widens what the listing can reach (another field, another record, a new write), a steward approves it first; until then copies here stay on the version that was approved. See Install requests and policy.
Uninstall
- Uninstall on your own copy: its Loop is archived and stops running. Its past runs stay in its history.
- Uninstall on a tool: the tool is archived and can no longer be called.
- Remove from organization (owners and admins): every copy here is uninstalled and its Loop archived; past runs stay. Anyone who wants it again has to ask a steward.
FAQs
Why is my copy still on an old version? The update may widen access and be waiting for a steward. Ask an owner or admin to look under Marketplace → Requests.
Where do my installed Loop's runs show? In the Loop itself: choose Open Loop. Runs also appear in Loops and runs like any other Loop's.
