Browsing the Marketplace
Open Marketplace from the left rail to see Loops and tools built by Harmony and by verified developers. Everything you need to decide is on the listing: what it does, every step, what it reads and writes, and how its runs have gone elsewhere.
Find a listing
- Open Marketplace and stay on Browse.
- Use Search the Marketplace, or type in the search box by name, connector or job, for example renewals, close or Slack.
- Narrow the list with the type filter (All types, Loops or tools) and the category filter.
- Choose a listing card to open its page.
Featured by Harmony lists Harmony's own Loops and tools. Each card shows the publisher, a rating, how many organizations use it, and whether you've already installed it.
Read a listing
A listing page has four tabs:
| Tab | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Overview | What it does, how its runs have gone (completed runs and rating), and How it runs: its trigger and every step, each marked Read, Write or Model. |
| Permissions | Exactly what it reads (connector, records and the only fields it reads) and what it writes. |
| Reviews | Ratings and comments from people who installed it. |
| Versions | Each version and what changed. |
The panel on the right shows the price, the Install button, the connectors it needs (with Connect for any you haven't connected), its reads and writes, and the checks the version passed.
Who publishes listings
- Harmony builds some listings itself.
- Verified publishers are developers whose identity Harmony has checked. A check mark beside the publisher's name shows it.
Every version passes automated checks before it's listed. A listing that writes to people outside the installer's company is also reviewed by a person at Harmony. Your organization's policy can limit installs to Harmony's own listings; see Install requests and policy.
FAQs
What's the difference between a Loop and a tool? A Loop runs on a schedule as recurring work, and each person installs their own copy. A tool is something Harmony Agent can use when asked, installed once for everyone.
Can I see a listing before I connect its connectors? Yes. You can read everything first; connect what it needs from the listing when you're ready.
Can I rate a listing? Yes, from its Reviews tab: one to five stars and an optional comment.
