Sharing a Loop
Everyone in the workspace can see a Loop, but only some people can change it. Who can see this Loop on the Loop's page shows its current setting.
Who can change a Loop
| Setting | Who can change it |
|---|---|
| Private (the default) | Only you. Everyone in the workspace can still see it. |
| Public | Everyone in the workspace. |
| Shared with workstream members | The members of the workstream it is attached to. |
Make a Loop public or private
From the Loop's ⋮ menu, choose Make public or Make private. Making it private again means only you can change it: This Loop will become private. Everyone in the workspace can still see it. Only you can change it.
Share with a workstream
- From the ⋮ menu, choose Attach to workstream… (or Move to workstream… if it is already attached).
- Pick the workstream. The Loop runs in that workstream and stays private until you share it.
- Choose Share this Loop with the members of its workstream.
To take it out of the workstream, choose None — workspace Loop. Everyone in the workspace can still see it.
Change the owner
A Loop runs with its owner's connections. From the ⋮ menu, choose Change owner to hand it to someone else.
