Loops and runs

Loops and runs

A Loop is work you want done again and again: a Monday priorities brief, a weekly pipeline review, a monthly revenue check. You write the instructions once and choose what starts it. Each time it runs, the result posts on the Loop's page, as you.

Browse loops, listing workspace and workstream Loops with their schedule and last run

Find your Loops

Open Loops from the rail. The sidebar lists your Loops by Workspace and by workstream; Find loops searches them. Browse loops shows every Loop you can see, with its schedule, how many times it ran in the last 30 days, when it last ran and who owns it. Filter with All, Workspace and Workstreams.

A workstream's Loops are also under Loops in its own sidebar.

Every run is accounted for

  • Before you press Run now, the Loop shows what its next run is likely to cost, from what its recent runs cost.
  • Each run posts on the Loop's page and is recorded as a run you can open. See Runs.
  • Owners and people who may see the owner's spend see the Loop's value this month: how useful its outputs were and what each accepted output cost.
