Searching the wiki

Wiki search finds passages, not just file names. Ask for what you need in plain words, and it returns the parts of files that answer it, from every wiki you can see.

Search

  1. In the Company Wiki, choose the search button at the top right.
  2. Type what you're looking for in Search the wiki, for example renewal terms for Larkspur Health.
  3. Pick how to match:
    • Hybrid: meaning and exact words together. Best for most searches.
    • Semantic: meaning only. Good when you don't know the words the file uses.
  4. Leave All vaults to search every wiki, or pick one wiki to narrow it.
  5. Select a result to open its file.

Use the wiki in chat

Harmony Agent searches your wikis whenever a question calls for it. To point it at particular documents:

  1. In the message box, type @.
  2. Choose Wiki (Search workspace and vault documents).
  3. Pick the files you want it to use.

The agent quotes the passages it relied on, so you can open them and check.

Why doesn't a file I just added show up? It's still being indexed. Search finds a file once indexing finishes; see Indexing.
