Browsing and previewing
Files shows a wiki's folders and files. Open any file to read it in the preview panel, where you also see its details and the files related to it.
Browse
- Open Company Wiki from the left rail and pick a wiki from Wikis.
- Choose Files in the sidebar.
- Open folders with the arrow beside them, or select a file to preview it.
Use the buttons at the top right to search, sort, and switch the layout:

Tick files to select several at once. Your recent files are listed under Files in the sidebar.
Preview a file
The preview panel shows the file as it reads: pages, PDFs, slides, spreadsheets and images all open in place. From its top bar you can Download the file, or Expand it to read at full width (Exit full view to come back). Use Zoom in, Zoom out and Fit width on PDFs and slides.
Below the file:
- Details lists its Kind, Size, Modified date and Where it sits.
- Related lists the files it links to and the files that read like it. See Related files and the graph.
FAQs
A large file only shows its start. Very long files open with their beginning, and say so. Download the file to read all of it.
The preview says No preview available. Harmony can't render that format. Download the file to open it.
