Workstream settings
Open Workstream settings from the workstream's sidebar. Settings has four tabs: Overview, Team, Apps and Governance.
Overview
- Workstream name and Goal. The goal gives Harmony context for the workstream's chats and runs.
- Type, Created and Slug (the name used in the workstream's address).
- Danger zone: Delete workstream moves it to trash. The dialog lists what is removed straight away and what is removed after the 24-hour restore window.
Team
Add and remove the people on the workstream.
- Choose Add collaborators….
- Search by name or email, then tick the people to add.
Apps
Install Harmony Apps on the workstream, so their posts and actions belong to it. See Marketplace and Apps.
Governance
Set how outputs from this workstream are approved before they are released.
| Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
| Strictness preset | Standard (1 approver, core gates), Strict (2 approvers, spend threshold) or Custom (set the checkpoints yourself). |
| Default approval stages | The named reviewers and how many sign-offs each stage needs. Each stage needs enough distinct approvers for its count. |
| Default execution checkpoints | Where runs stop for review. |
| Live Canvas board approval | Turn on Require approval before canvas publish to make reports wait for sign-off before they appear on Live Canvas. |

FAQs
Can I undo deleting a workstream? Yes, within 24 hours. After that its contents are removed.
Who can change settings? The workstream's owner, and people whose role allows it. See People and organization.
