Working in a workstream
Most of the work in a workstream happens in its chats. Your collaborators see every message; Harmony Agent answers you privately unless you share what it says.
Chats
A workstream can hold several chats, listed under Chats in its sidebar.
- Choose New chat to start a conversation on a separate topic.
- Choose a chat in the list to switch to it.
Message your collaborators
Type in the composer and send. Use @ and a name to mention someone; they are notified. The composer also lets you attach files, add emoji and dictate with the microphone.
Syncs started from the workstream show in the chat as A Sync happened, with who joined and for how long. See Syncs.
Ask Harmony Agent
Type @Agent and your question. The answer opens in the Agents side panel, which only you see, so you can work something out before you share it.
Use Attach an agent in the chat header to choose which agents are in this chat. See Asking Harmony Agent.
Bring in data
Choose Add connectors in the composer to give the conversation access to a connected system, such as your CRM or a shared drive. You can only add connectors you have connected; see Connectors.
See who is here
The header shows how many people are in the workstream; choose it to see them. Use Invite people in the chat header to add someone, and Connect a system to connect a new app. To manage the team, use Workstream settings → Team. See Workstream settings.
FAQs
Can collaborators see what I ask Harmony Agent? No. Questions you ask with @Agent, and the answers, stay in your side panel.
Where do things the agent produces end up? Reports land under Reports, saved states under Commits, and runs on each run's page. See Reviews and commits.
