Turn on captions in the Sync to see what people say as they say it.

Transcribe a Sync

Choose Start transcription in the Sync. While it's on, everyone sees Transcribing. Transcription keeps going if anyone leaves, and anyone in the Sync can stop it with Stop transcription.

Scheduled Syncs can be transcribed automatically: turn on Transcribe automatically when you schedule the Sync, or make it your default in calendar settings. See Scheduling a Sync.

Find a transcript

When the Sync ends, Harmony saves the transcript. Open it from Assets in the rail.

On a transcript you can:

• Play the recording, and download it.
• Copy the transcript.
• See whether it has been Added to wiki, so people and agents can search it.
• Delete it. This permanently removes the transcript and everything indexed from it.

A transcript is shared with the people who were in the Sync. Others see This transcript is not shared with you.

The recap in the room

When a Sync ends, the room's chat shows a recap: who joined and for how long, such as A Sync happened: Zac Radbone and Elena Rossi were in the Sync for 2m. Direct messages always keep the recap; for rooms, it depends on your workspace's Sync settings.

Suggested tasks

If your workspace turns on Suggest tasks after a Sync, Harmony offers the action items from the Sync to the room as tasks to create. Choose the ones to keep.
