Sync settings for a workspace
These settings decide how Syncs work for everyone in a workspace. Only people who can change workspace settings can change them.
Open the workspace menu at the top of the sidebar, choose Workspace settings, then Sync.

| Suggest tasks after a Sync | Harmony offers the action items from a Sync to its room as tasks to create |
| Post a recap when a Sync ends | The room's chat shows who joined and for how long. Direct messages always keep it |
| Allow Harmony in Syncs | Anyone in a Sync can add Harmony to listen, answer and take notes |
| Notify the room when a Sync starts | Members get a notice that a Sync is live. Direct-message Syncs always ring the other person |
| Allow external guests | People can invite guests from outside the organization to scheduled Syncs |
