Harmony in Syncs

Harmony in Syncs

Harmony can join a Sync to listen, answer questions out loud and take notes. It speaks when you call it, not on its own.

Harmony listening in a Sync

Add Harmony

  1. In the Sync, choose the Harmony button.
  2. Confirm Add Harmony to this call? with Add.

Everyone sees Harmony joined, and Harmony's pane shows it's Listening.

Ask Harmony something

Say "Harmony", then your question, for example: "Harmony, what did we agree with Larkspur about the SSO rollout?" Harmony answers out loud and can draw on the room's history, your Company Wiki, transcripts and your connected systems. Anyone in the call can ask.

If you ask it to do something that would change a connected system, such as sending an email, it asks for a yes first, as it does in chat.

Mute or remove Harmony

  • Mute Harmony stops it speaking; Unmute Harmony lets it answer again.
  • Remove Harmony takes it out of the call for everyone. Anyone in the call can add it back.

FAQs

I don't see the Harmony button. Your workspace's admins may have turned off Allow Harmony in Syncs. See Sync settings for a workspace.

Does Harmony record the call? Harmony listens while it's in the call. A transcript is saved only when someone starts transcription or the Sync is set to transcribe automatically. See Transcripts and recaps.
