Working with reports
Ask Harmony Agent for a report in a workstream, for example a one-page board update on October growth, and it composes one from the workstream's data. Reports collect under Reports in the workstream's sidebar.
Preview a report
- Open Reports in the workstream sidebar.
- Choose a report, or Preview report from its menu.
While a report is still being written it shows Composing report… and its progress.
In the preview you can review the report, chat with collaborators about it and create revisions. Edit text inline; right-click headers to change the layout and structure. If you have unsaved changes when you close, choose Keep editing or Discard changes.
Submit it for review
When the workstream requires approval, choose Submit for HITL review in the preview. The report waits in HITL Reviews until the required approvers sign off. Its status shows Approved, Changes requested or Rejected. See Reviews and commits.
Publish to Live Canvas
- From the report's menu or the preview, choose Send to Live Canvas.
- If the workstream requires approval before canvas publishing, the report shows as pending until an approver signs off. Choose View pending on Live Canvas to see it.
- When it is published, choose View on Live Canvas.
To take it down, choose Remove from Live Canvas. The report stays in the workstream and you can publish it again.

FAQs
Can I remove a report that was approved? Yes. Removing an approved report from Live Canvas reopens its review.
