Using Live Canvas

Live Canvas is the workspace's shared board: every report published from a workstream appears on it as a board you can read, compare and share. The LIVE badge means you are looking at the current boards.

Open Live Canvas

Choose Live Canvas in the sidebar. Each board is labelled with the workstream it came from and when it was published.

Move around

Use the controls on the left to zoom in and out, fit the boards to the screen and export. Drag the canvas to pan.

Share and export

Use the menu on the left side of the canvas:

Choice What it does
Copy Live Canvas link Copies a link to the canvas.
Export JSON Downloads the boards as data.
Export Markdown Downloads the boards as text.

To send a board to a connected app, such as a team chat channel, use Send to integration: choose the Integration, add an Optional message and choose Send.

Remove boards

Select one or more boards and choose Delete board (or Delete boards). This takes them off Live Canvas.

FAQs

Why is a report I published not on the canvas? It may be waiting for approval. Check its status in the workstream's Reports; see Reports.

Who can see Live Canvas? Everyone in the workspace who can open it from the sidebar.
