Your profile and preferences
Open your photo at the foot of the rail and choose Profile. Changes save as you make them.
Your profile
- Display name (required): shown to teammates instead of your email address, in the sidebar, messages and comments.
- Photo: Upload photo to add one (PNG, JPEG, WebP or GIF, up to 25 MB), Replace photo or Remove.
- Email: your email is your login identity and can't be changed here. To change it, contact support.
Appearance
Choose one of six themes, three light and three dark:

| Dawn: warm morning light | Dusk: the evening sky |
| Polar: crisp, cool light | Obsidian: deep and dark |
The moon and sun in the header switch between your light and dark theme.
You can also set:
- Text size: the base size of text across the app.
- Typeface: the font the whole app is set in.
- Accessibility colours: replace the theme's colours with a colour-blind friendly (blue accent), tritanopia friendly (orange accent) or dimmed, low-contrast palette.
- Translucent window: in the desktop app, let your desktop show through the window frame.
Language
Choose your Language, or a custom locale such as fr-CA. Runtime translation translates the
interface when your language isn't English.
Sounds
Turn Platform sounds on or off as a whole, or each sound on its own.
