Searching Harmony
One search bar, centred at the top of every page, finds messages, pages and wiki files.
Search
- Choose the search bar, or press ⌘F (Ctrl+F on Windows).
- Type what you're looking for.
- Use ↑ and ↓ to move through the results and Enter to open one. Esc closes search.
Results are grouped:

|---|---|
| Search messages for "…" | Messages across the rooms and conversations you can see |
| Pages | Places in Harmony, such as a room, Calendar or Connectors |
| Wiki files | Company Wiki pages, with the folder they're in |
Narrow your search
Below the search box, choose one or more filters:

| In this conversation | Only messages in the room or conversation you're in |
| From me | Only messages you sent |
| Mentions me | Only messages that mention you |
| Has a link | Only messages with a link |
| Threads only | Only replies in threads |
Clear removes your search and filters.
FAQs
Can I search inside a file? Wiki files are searched by their content. For files shared in messages, open Assets in the rail.
Why can't I find a message from a private room? Search only shows what you can see. If you're not in a private room, its messages don't appear.
