The Assets page

Assets gathers the workspace's files: Meeting transcripts, landed connector documents, uploaded files, and saved evidence.

The Assets page with its four tabs

The four tabs

Tab What it holds
Transcripts Transcripts and summaries of Syncs recorded with transcription on. They land here when the Sync ends.
Connector documents Files agents pulled from connected apps (Drive, Dropbox, Slack and more) into a workstream.
Uploads Files uploaded to the workspace.
Evidence Chat turns saved as evidence, with who said them and where they came from.

Each tab has a search box and Refresh. Choose a row to preview it.

Upload files

  1. Open the Uploads tab.
  2. Drop files onto the table, or choose New asset and pick them.

Add a file to the Company Wiki

  1. From a file's menu, choose Add to wiki.
  2. Choose the wiki (Org or Workspace) and a vault.
  3. Choose Add & index (or Copy to wiki for a transcript).

A wiki has no per-file access list: once added, the copy can be read by everyone who can read that wiki. For a transcript, the dialog says so before copying. See Company Wiki.

Delete a file

From a file's menu, choose Delete. Deleting a transcript also removes its indexed text; deleting a connector document or evidence cannot be undone.
