Connecting a connector

You connect an app from the Connectors page. It takes one sign-in, in a window the app itself provides, and after that Harmony Agent can use it in your chats and Loops.

Connect an app

1. Open Connectors from the left rail.
2. Find the app. Type its name, a category or a use case in the search box, or pick from Most popular connectors. Use All statuses and All categories to narrow the list.
3. Turn on the toggle on the app's card. The card shows Connecting....
4. Sign in to the app in the window that opens, and allow the access it asks for.
5. When the window closes, the card shows Connected.

If the sign-in window is closed early or takes too long, the card goes back to Not connected and shows why. Turn the toggle on again to retry.

Disconnect an app

1. On the Connectors page, turn off the toggle on the app's card.
2. In Disconnect …?, choose Disconnect.

Chats and Loops that run as you can't use the app until you connect it again. Files you already brought into the Company Wiki from it stay there; see External files.

Reconnect an app

Some apps ask you to sign in again from time to time, or after you change your password. When that happens, the app shows Needs reconnect in the chat composer's connector list and Connection needs signing in again in the wiki. Turn the toggle off and on again on the Connectors page, or choose Reconnect where it's offered, and sign in.

FAQs

I can't find an app. Try a broader term, a category such as CRM, or clear the filters. If it's not in the catalogue, Harmony can't connect to it yet.

The toggle is locked. Guests can't manage connectors. Ask a member of your organization to connect the app, or ask an admin to change your role.

Can I connect two accounts for the same app? Each person connects their own account. Open the connector's settings to see the accounts connected in your workspace; see Connector settings.
