Scheduling agent work
An Agent work event asks Harmony Agent to do something at a set time, such as Summarise this week's customer feedback for the Monday priorities Sync.
Schedule agent work
- In the calendar, select a time slot (or choose Create).
- Change the kind from Sync to Agent work.
- In What should the agent do?, describe the work in plain words.
- Choose the room it happens in.
- Save.
At the start time, the agent runs as you, in the room you chose. Its result is posted there, and anything it would change outside Harmony still waits for a yes.
Agent work or a Loop?
